HR trainee / Student - 21/11/23

Your day to day role will be the assistance of the HR Manager and Coordinator helping to create a positive work environment for all employees. Come and share with us the wonders of the hotel work life! Advise, support and administration will be your main tasks, including application of HR policies and processes, together with our leaders and employees. - Develop the relationships with each staff member and follow their professional careers; - Digitalization and follow-up of employee files; - Welcoming new hires and following the new hires and departures procedures; - Assistance in the organization of season events such as Staff Party, Celebrate Service week, Staff cocktails and meetings; - Administration tasks such as birthday vouchers, updating files, daily Flash News newspaper, follow up of medical certificates... - Weekly preparation and confirmation of interimaires; - Follow up departments trainings; - Screening of cv's and sharing with the head of departments;  - Assisting on conducting interviews and the recruitment process; - And many others :)
