| Compétences requises: | Your role You will be responsible for a multitude of tasks in our hotel. You will be working in and with all the different departments, from front and back office to housekeeping, the technical service and much more. You will be the first point of contact for both our guests and our staff. You will be able to solve operational problems and treat specific requests and complaints from our guests. As a part of this team you will be allowed to try and to learn and you will receive the necessary space and freedom to develop your competences and to show us what you can do. Who are you? Is guest-oriented service your first and second nature? Do you want to learn everything there is to know about the hospitality world? Are you already dreaming of your career as a first-class hotel manager in a luxury establishment? Check your profile; You are currently pursuing a degree in hospitality. An internship is an integral part of your education. A natural host with an operational mindset who strives to exceed our guests's expectations. A sponge who absorbs knowledge and experience and uses it to excel in everything he/she undertakes. Convinced that it's all about the team, not the individual. Impeccable communication skills in both written and spoken French and English and a third language. | |||||
