Chef de Partie Breakfast - Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof Gent - 10/04/18

Your role As Chef de Partie Breakfast, you and the entire team are responsible for creating an unforgettable moment for our guests as they start their day. You have a passion for cooking and good food and you know how to translate this to our guests through your dishes. You will take care of the mise-en-place of the breakfast and you will prepare your dishes in an open kitchen with fresh products. Naturally you will ensure an excellent hygiene in the kitchen and you will keep your domain clean and tidy. You will manage the breakfast stock and make sure the necessary orders are timely placed.

Compétences requises:		Who are you Do you enjoy serving our guests as they start their day? Do you like preparing your dishes "LIVE" in an open kitchen while interacting with our guests? Check your profile; A completed professional hospitality study. Experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting. Keen interest in continuously growing your knowledge and skills. Able to work independently with a positive mindset. Impeccable communicative skill in English, Dutch and French. Any other language is an asset.
