Night Auditor - 20/04/18

Main purpose of job We seek a colleague who likes to think independently, dare to ask questions and take his own initiative. You are engaged and personal in your meeting with guests and colleagues. Your primary task, together with the reception team, is to create a consistently good atmosphere and service to our hotel guests. Responsibilities / Tasks: - Provide assistance to our guests where needed - Report (technical) problems - Communicate with the different shifts and departments - Run all Night Audit reports and report to the Front Office Manager - Creating a positive working atmosphere. - Dealing with customer complaints quickly, confidently, effectively, appropriately and using existing communication tools to keep informed the necessary colleagues
