At the Radisson RED Brussels, we have an open position as Creative trainee to join our Operation flow in the OUIBar + KTCHN & Hi All. Our Hotel introduces an innovative concept where members of our team - “Creatives” - are the true Soul of the House. Being a Creative means that you excel in all aspects related to guests’ experience, from the moment they walk in and until they check out. Our team’s characteristic versatility gives you the opportunity to develop a variety of skills. And... cherry on top, you’re more than welcome to be yourself and take initiatives rather than following a script. During your work placement, you will: • Welcome our guests & act as guest relations ambassador • Assist guest with check in/out process • Learn, Act & Innovate our food & drinks service • Get familiar with Meeting & Events operations • Practice to take responsibility and work independently • All in all, Create Memorable Experience to all guests during their stay
