Sales Coordinator - 22/03/19

Main purpose of job We seek a colleague who has strong administrative skills to handle the support for a team of 6 dynamic Account Manager. You have a strong team spirit, the ability to take initiative, the ability to work both independently and for a team. You are creative, dynamic and can follow several projects at the same time. Responsibilities / Tasks: • Telephone answering, • Mailings, • Support the Account Managers in their individual projects (markets research, presentations, fairs, corporate events presentation, • Create Word, Excel and Power Point documents, • Set up corporate and leisure contracts, • Document and transfer rate loading information to the revenue department, • Compile production reports, • Planning and accompany Account Managers to sales actions where needed Skill set we are looking for: You are flexible and initiative-oriented and thrive in a hectic working environment. • experience in the service industry is a must, preferably a department where you had contact with clients. • good communication skills, both written and oral in English, Dutch and French. Any additional language is a plus. • knowledge of OPERA, Word, Excel, Power Point • Creative, spontaneous, willing to help and to learn. In addition, you can identify you with our 3 basic values: 1) Passionately committed, 2) Professional hospitality and 3) The power to please.
