Group Sales Executive - 31/01/20

As a Group Sales Executive you are responsible for the entire sales process of all group requests (conferences, meetings, events, and related hotel accommodation) for the NH Hotels within one of the commercial regions in Belgium. You have a commercial mindset and you are committed to the NH Vision ‘at my destination, is there an NH Hotel?’ You enjoy selling, negotiating, communicating with clients, and you feel responsible for optimizing revenues in your commercial region. Tasks : • Making an inventory of the needs & wants, giving advice concerning execution of event • Upselling • Follow-up of proposals with the set SLA confirming agreements, dates, etc. • Passing on the relevant information to the organizers in the hotels • Generating new sales through outbound calls with leads or existing clients • Discussing wants and needs and creating matching proposals • Client contact is focused on selling NH Hotels • Logging all bookings correctly in the reservations system.
