Thon Hotel EU is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager - 13/08/21

As a passionate Food and Beverage Manager, you are in charge of the various outlets of the hotel: restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting. You manage the service and stewarding team and work closely together with the Head chef to overview the kitchen team also. On an operational level, you are expected to lead your team by example. You attract, hire, train, oversee, evaluate and manage your team staff members. With over 5M turnover, you are responsible for forecasting, planning and controlling the department. A good balance between floor and desk time management is essential. As part of the HOD team, you will carry out duty shifts. You report to the Operations Manager/General Manager of the hotel.

You are flexible and have a solid previous experience as F&B manager in similar hotel. You are innovative and think out the box. You deliver an excellent guest experience and adapt to their changing needs. Your goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. You have good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, French and/or Dutch; knowledge of Simphony, PMI, Opera, Protime, Mpleo is a plus.
