Front of House Manager - 05/07/19

As Front of House Manager you will be a professional within the management team at the hotel and be responsible for the flawless running of the Reception and Conciergerie by developing the team and ensuring they provide unrivalled personal guest service. You will ensure that departmental goals and targets are achieved whilst ensuring revenue is maximised through occupancy, room rates, and up-selling of our exquisite rooms and facilities.

Vereiste vaardigheden:		You are a highly-motivated individual, an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional leadership and customer care skills. You pay excellent attention to detail, have the ability to work under pressure and ideally have worked in a similar role. You will have minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a 5 star luxury hotel.
