Receptionist(e) NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon - 08/11/21

As a receptionist you will be responsible for all aspects of Front Desk operation in order to maintain the high standards required meeting the Company and Guests expectations. Ensuring that full handovers are given and understood at the change of shift. Ensuring that all guests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Implementing fully the credit policy and procedure. You maintain close contact with guests in your position. You are the one who leaves the first and last impression on our guests and with that you are of crucial importance for the service experience of our guests. You are also the point of contact for guests during their stay and you always try to exceed their expectations. You are proactive, solution-oriented and accurate in the field of administration and payments. You maintain communication with other departments, such as Housekeeping and F&B, so that our guests lack of nothing. Where up-selling is possible, you will identify the opportunities from a commercial point of view and take specific action.
