Receptionist - 08/01/20

Main purpose of the job : We are looking for a collaborator to join our Front Office team. Discreet with a good grooming, you have an excellent sense of hospitality and service. You are the first and last impression of the hotel. Meeting the needs of the customer and offering an irreproachable service are your priority. You are involved and you know how to work effectively and independently with the front office team. Your schedule is flexible (day, night, week, weekend and holidays) in balance with your other colleagues. Responsibilities / tasks : ◾Welcome the customers: process to the check-in and check-out, responsible for welcoming guests to assist them with any request they may have. ◾Be able to recognize our regular guests and get to know their habits ◾Follow on special reservations and requests ◾Responsible for the management of a cash flow ◾Management of the switchboard

Vereiste vaardigheden:		You demonstrate flexibility, initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment. ◾Preferred experience of a 5-stars hospitality sector within the front office department. ◾Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English. Any other additional language is appreciated. ◾Knowledge of Opera, Excel and Word is a plus. ◾Be able to handle multiple tasks at a time while keeping calm. ◾Be able to analyze a problem and take the adequate decision regarding the situation.
