Main purpose of job : After major renovations and development of our product and services, we seek a colleague who likes to work and manage a team and develop his colleagues, always tries to improve our services and takes his own initiative. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are responsible of the receptionists and concierges. As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for carrying out various duties – both administrative and operational - to ensure that customers’ experience is outstanding by providing the best welcome and the most professional service. Responsibilities / Tasks : ◾Supervise and lead team ◾Ensure the smooth running of all daily operations and give operational support to your team ◾Communicate and train the team to deliver a very high quality service and experience to the guests ◾Cover the administration of the department : ◦Establish budget & forecasts in collaboration with the Revenue Management Team ◦Supervise the schedules and control working time and performances ◦Revise or implement checklists and procedures and make sure these are followed ◦Analyse, comment and take action on Profit & Loss reports ◾Maintain close contacts with our – regular – Guests ◾Organize and facilitate the stay of VIP and Official Delegations ◾Ensure safety procedures are followed and cover Duty Manager shifts ◾Collaborate with the Management Team and General Manager This list is not exhaustive.

Any other language is a plus. ◾Knowledge of OPERA and Microsoft Office mandatory.
