What will you do? As Income-Audit intern: • Check the daily envelopes of night fences • Control of freebies offered to customers • Customer credit limit control • Verification of invoices and cash transactions • Verification of open "in-house" customer accounts • Daily Opera reconciliation and Parking system • Update laundry report daily • "Spot checks" at the request of management. (ex: cigar, open tables, minibar, cash register, etc.) • Participate, with Income audit, in the creation / or updating of accounting procedures • Daily reconciliation of "banquet" income • Update in the "contracts" system on a monthly basis. • Monthly reconciles of supplier invoices for limousine, parking, equipment rental, fitness income. • Reconciles Opera Daily Income vs S + S Financial System • Updates budget figures in Opera (special requests) As Account Receivable intern: • City ledgers: - Collect documentation and support for sending the invoice - Follow up for payment of invoices within the required deadlines Credit card: Reconciliation of bank payments with credit cards in the S + S financial system Invoicing of "Banquet" events at the hotel Other accounting tasks: • If necessary, support other members of the accounting department in their tasks
