Night Crew Member - 20/09/21

Provide guests with assistance and positive experiences - Play multiple roles – from front desk attendant, to barista, to greeter, to bartender, and everything in between - Full flexibility in shift patterns 7 days a week - Run the night audit & balance the days business accounts - Manage hotel room inventory and Check in/out the Moxy way - Manage all bills & payments correctly, charge ‘no show’ fees - Following walk out procedure in a professional, diplomatic and empathising way - Prepare the hotel for the following day - Answer all phone calls according to the Moxy way and respond to emails in a timely fashion - Perform security walk rounds - Take control in the event of a fire alarm and ensure safe evacuation of the building - Ensure all F&B outlets and merchandise are organised correctly - Take responsibility in all Back of House cleaning duties - Make sure that Front of House always looks picture perfect - Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organise Back of House areas - Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way - Resolve guest issues you’re able to and escalate when you can’t - Take care of minor technical requests (e.g. safe, door lock, fuse problems) - Adhere to all local licensing laws in respect of the service of alcohol - Help guests and residents with every question they might have - Work with your team to deliver the Moxy experience to every guest - Support other crew members and follow direction from crew leaders - Follow all food, licensing, security and health & safety policies to work safely - Create fun activities & activations that engage with guests - Perform First aid duties in case of an emergency if trained - Adhere to all local licensing laws in respect of the service of alcohol - Waste handling - Promote & support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy program

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Preferably 1-year experience of work within the service industry - Experience working abroad is a plus - Personal experience of travel or travel industry - Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws - Good understanding of computer handling, Opera, MICROS is preferable not but essential - Well-organised, structured, eye for detail - Social media knowledge and experience - Clear communicator, fluent in Local Language & English (& other languages a plus!)
