Personal skills: - Able to motivate and train a team towards a common goal - Ability to remain calm at all times and manage stress - Excellent communication and complaints handling skills - Being someone, you can count on - Flexible during evening shifts and week-ends as Manager on Duty Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Minimum 2 years as Assistant Front Office Manager., minimum 4* - Hospitality school diploma is an asset - Excellent command of French and English, Dutch is an asset Main Responsibilities: - Coordination of the Customer Relations team, management of customer complaints, response to customers and communication of urgent questions to the Director. - Establish a relationship with regular customers - Maintain high standards by checking that the team members are informed, friendly and courteous at all times with clients - Schedule reception staff based on activity levels, maximizing productivity and optimizing labor costs - Responsible for establishing staff development plans and the annual performance review of all team members. - Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and controlling the integration process for new team members - Work in coordination with revenue and reservation management to ensure integrity and maximization of rates at all opportunities, such as no-shows, cancellations, upgrades, extended stays, response rates, etc. . . - Responsible for the VIP program; understand the needs of senior government and business officials
