Assitant Welcome Manager - 31/01/18

Overview of duties Able to establish a high quality and loyal relationship with our guests from the very first contact and throughout their stay. Consider our guests needs and anticipate where needed. Ensure the team adopts the expected service behavior. Support and assist with complaints which cannot be addressed by the team. Show presence in the hotel lobby in line with the Accor Welcome concept. You are an example in every way and embody the spirit of the Pullman brand. You assist the Welcome Manager to form and lead the team in offering a personalized high quality service to our guests in line with the Pullman brand. You are able to guarantee our guests a carefree stay and contribute through your knowledge to ensure long-term satisfaction. You ensure compliance concerning procedure, hygiene and safety standards. You will assist the Welcome Manager enabling the team to build close guest relations in order to provide our guests with a friendly and smooth stay from the moment of check-in. You will optimize and manage the organization of the day to day work in compliance with the legal regulations. You will contribute to the departmental objectives. You will assist mobilizing the team concerning sales objectives in order to increase the hotel’s revenue. will partially replace the Welcome Manager during her absence.
