Compétences requises: | Clients management 1. Handle the check-in, whether this is a personal face-to-face or via the self check-in procedure. 2. Handle and manage eventual walk-in or last minute reservations. 3. Some guests have some special requests or extra needs which we try to fulfill during the office hours. 4. Make sure all needed information per client is in the system. 5. Handle questions and suggestions occurring during the shift and also emergency calls after office hours. 6. Smile and service mind are priority n°1 |

With 4 buildings in Brussels, 1 in Antwerp as well as 1 in The Hague in The Netherlands. (More project to come in Amsterdam and the Benelux). B-aparthotels offer serviced apartments with a wide range of hotel services (daily cleaning, breakfast, fitness, parking…) and accommodation type from the standard hotel room to the 2-bedroom penthouse with also studio, duplexes, and 1 to 3 bedroom apartments. Offre de l'entreprise, conditions et avantages: | 1. Handle all guest related matters till closure of the office. 2. Assist colleagues in other departments; 3. After office closure making reports, enter reservations, spot checks in the residences, manage inventory, take care of urgent small maintenance items, follow-up on unforeseen urgent housekeeping matters,….. 4. Ensure the duty phone for emergencies which could occur during office closure. 5. Providing efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers and colleagues, hence maximizing guest satisfaction. COMPENSATION: • The intern can be accommodated in the hotels free of charge (assistance to guests and in the hotel may be required in case of need) • Monthly metro card (metro bus tram) • Lunch compensation (2.50€/working day) | |
