Leisure Sales Specialist - 30/11/18

THE ROLE • Providing sales & administrative support to the Meeting & Events Sales department. • Receiving and processing requests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner, respecting corporate standards. • Following, maintaining and developing assigned accounts, segments and markets • Meeting and investigating client’s needs in order to personalize the offers, evaluate business interest and match clients expectations and other departments collaborating on the organisation of the event. • Communicating any change to all parties involved in the group, respecting deadlines. Selling and negotiating the hotel product in order to reach a proposal that maximises customer satisfaction and departmental revenue optimization and profitability
