| Compétences requises: | - Ensure a consistent, quality customer experience via active-floor management and hands-on supervision . - Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times. - Consistently met budgeted expense stipulations through meticulous F&B and labor cost control. - Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing, PR and promotional events. - Develop a strong base of regular customers. - Create social events to increase attractiveness of the destination. - Manage and support the F&B Team. - Act as manager on duty for the hotel, dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise. | |||||
