Are you at home when you’re… • …handling individual and group reservations at the same time • …sharing your knowledge of everything penta: locations, room features, design concepts, special offers and more? • …the first point of contact for your team, guests and colleagues • …bringing in reservations from multiple communication channels? • …communicating with the rest of the world in Dutch, English and French? • …saving every online booking accurately on the system? • …advising travel agencies and online booking portals who trust you implicitly? • …maintaining a shiny, up-to-the-minute database?
