Accounting & Administrative Assistant - 14/01/20

- Support the Senior Accountant in the day to day / monthly tasks - Review of the night shift reports - Preparation of the Income journal (incl. interfaces reconciliation, revenue adjustments review,…) - General Cashier - Credit Card reconciliation - City Ledger (incl. verification of invoices, reminders, statements) - Preparation of financial ledger entries - Accounts Payable (incl. F/U on invoice approval, Invoice & PO / Delivery note matching, recording A/P invoices) - Payment preparation - Travel Agent commissions - Participating in Stock taking - Preparation of end of month entries - Archiving of documents - Various other administrative / accounting tasks - Assisting the Hotel Manager in administrative tasks & basic HR follow up

Any additional language is a plus - Organizing and prioritizing - Attention to detail and accuracy - Communication skills - Problem analysis and problem-solving skills - Team work - Ability to meet deadlines - Knowledge of HR basics
