Accounts Payables Accountant - 19/04/19

Main purpose of job : We seek a colleague who will be involved in financial and administrative support to the organization. His/her role is to complete the payments process from approval flow to reconciliation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Responsibilities / Tasks : ◾Control the scanning of the invoices and the expense notes and follow up on issues ◾Responsible of the entire payables process from the approval flow to the payment of invoices/expense notes ◾Codify and match invoices ◾Ensure proper follow up of the suppliers balance ◾Deal with month-end provisions/deferred expenses and ensure proper reconciliation of these accounts ◾Handle the F&B inventory booking and costs calculation ◾Take care of the monthly VAT declaration ◾Correspond with vendors and colleagues by phone and email relating to all accounts payable issues (reminder, invoice copy request…) ◾Deal with the auditors on the payables aspect
