Cost Controller - 18/02/19

As Cost Controller, you will be responsible for the control over the costs. You will ensure strict measures are in place for the delivery of goods from suppliers that enter the hotel and for issuing goods to the different outlets within the Hotel. You will be highly experienced in stocktakes and being able to identify and take immediate action where you see patterns emerging of where poor stock control is in place.
