Regional Revenue Manager Brussels - 02/12/19

Instaurer une culture de Revenue Management, maximiser les revenus et optimiser la rentabilité sur nos deux établissements sur Bruxelles. Elaboration et coordination des stratégies tarifaires cohérentes en fonction du marché. Responsable des normes opérationnelles ( analyse de la concurrence, analyse environnementale, structure du marché, gestion de la distribution, inventaire des disponibilités par canaux, stratégies tarifaires, …). Evaluation des partenaires de distributions (OTA, FIT, Groupes…). /////English///// Maximize revenue and Profitability of two hotels in Brussels. Development and coordination of market-consistent pricing strategies. Responsible for operational standards (competitive analysis, environmental analysis, market analysis, distribution, inventory of availability on various channels, pricing strategies,). Evaluation of distribution partners (OTA, FIT, Groups ...).

Vereiste vaardigheden:		Vous possédez au minimum 2 à 4 ans dans une fonction similaire en Revenue Management dans l’industrie hôtelière (4-5*). Esprit de synthèse et d’analyse. Connaissance du marché Bruxellois un atout. Maîtrise de l’économie des prix, marketing, Revenue Management System. Maîtrise des technologies hôtelières (PMS-channels Manager-GDS-CRS-Extranets…). Capacité à travailler sous pression. Compétence d’écoutes et anticipation sur les besoins du marché et de nos clients. Esprit d’équipe, fédérateur, diplomate. Capacité de prioriser et organiser son travail. Capacité d’adaptation et compétence de Management. Déterminé, engagé, motivé à atteindre les objectifs. Attitude positive et Sens de la communication. Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais commercial (parlé et écrit), du Français et/ou du Néerlandais sera considéré comme un atout. /////English///// You have at least 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar function in Revenue Management in the hotel industry (4-5 *). Knowledge of synthesis and analysis. Knowledge of the Brussels market is an asset. Understanding of economic pricing, marketing, Revenue Management Systems. Understanding of hotel technologies (PMS-channel Manager-GDS-CRS-Extranets ...). Ability to work under pressure. Listening competence and anticipation of the needs of the market and our customers. Team spirit, unifying, diplomatic. Ability to prioritize and organize the work load. Adaptability and Management skills. Determined, committed, and motivated to achieve goals. Positive attitude and sense of communication. Perfect knowledge of business English (spoken and written), French and / or Dutch will be considered an asset.
