Reservations Agent - 14/11/19
Taking reservations from companies, travel agents and individual guests, by phone and e-mails according company standard. All information is recorded and replied within 24 hours when processing, amending, cancelling or confirming reservations. Knowing the room types, rates and unique selling points. Ensuring a high level of communication is maintained between reservations and front office.
