MICE Hotel Planner - 14/01/20

Main purpose of job The hotel Planner is the link between the guest requirements and all operational departments (Front Office, Food and Beverages, Conference, Housekeeping, etc.). Further to the expectations of the guests, the priority of the challenger is to successfully satisfy them and bring balance between services to guests, catering department and revenue. Responsibilities / Tasks: • All dinners, cocktails, lunches and last minute events or group requests following internal procedure • All seminars, meetings, conferences and groups as from the signature of the contract • Taking care of last minute changes and follow up • Settling and confirming all details before the arrival of the guest • Dealing and informing other departments about the C&B room occupancy • Being the contact person for the guest during his stay • Receive and follow up on feedback guest at end of event / Questback • Doing site inspections • All other tasks related to the Conference & Events department • Perform duties
