Hotel Manager - 23/11/23

As a hotel manager in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience during their stay. You will also need to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and employee morale. Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and make necessary adjustments to maximize profitability • Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback

Vereiste vaardigheden:		• Proven experience as a hotel manager or in a similar role • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Solid understanding of financial operations and revenue management strategies • Knowledge of hotel software systems and reservation systems • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
