His/ Her role is : * Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset. * Qualify the client’s needs and expectations to define the best value proposition to be delivered, * Define and drive a clear account tactic/approach by prospect (Account) * Influence the Client’s decision making process by developing close relationships at all level of the Client’s organization * Develop clear description of the client requirements and expectations to share with operation colleagues * Close the deal and submit the contracts for signature to the clients * Maintain the customer database, ANAIS, up to date, recording and reporting all activities (visits – site inspections – promotions – events …) managed at customer level * Follow up of client productions, setting corrective actions plans when required to maintain or improve client contribution * Boosts cross-departmental working methods thanks to his/her relational skills, adaptability and professionalism. * Coaching and training of the team (S&E Executives, trainees), preparing the schedule. * Optimises the Meeting offer. * Is responsible for customer satisfaction. * Ensures the budget and quality brand's standards (SOP) are respected.
